Cougars Add Forward to Roster

Prince George, BC Prince George Cougars have added 18-year old forward Clarke Breitkreuz to their  roster. Breitkreuz played his first game in a Cougars uniform Sunday night in Kamloops.
 
Breitkreuz started the season with the Yorkton Terriers of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League, collecting 6 goals and 14 assists for 20 points in 30 games this season. The 6’0”, 173 pound product of Springside, SK, played for Canada West during the 2009 World Junior A Challenge in Summerside, PEI, in early November, collecting one goal in five games, helping Canada West earn a silver medal.
 
Breitkreuz played 20 Western Hockey League games last season with the Regina Pats, posting two assists. The addition of Breitkreuz brings the Cougars roster to 24 players, with 14 forwards, eight defencemen and two goaltenders.

It was never 'ours' to begin with. Brodsky brought it here, and he'll likely move it at some point, which is a shame. Just another thing that used to be good in this town gone.
