In the real world where China produces 97% of the earths rare earth metals that are essentail in the 'green technologies', and in a world where China is restricting exports and talking of banning exports of these rare earth metals... how do we plan to be a player in the 'green economy' when we are being shut out by China of the essential resources needed to be a player?
Export more oil and gas to China and pay the carbon credits to help them develop the 'green industry'... that folks is the plan at this point. Make no doubt about that fact.
