They deserve to be left out! And to think that Campbell and these dorks gave the federal government the HST. Like as if the money is going to come west once the federals get it. They sold us out! Now the East will get even more and the West less. Good job!!
I think Invisible Dick is the longest sitting sideliner in history.
The Federal Government has been giving Provinces money to switch to the HST for many years. Long before the Conservatives came to power. In the latest move the Provincial Liberals sold out BC Taxpayers by taking the $1.5 Billion that was available if they changed to the HST.

Some of the longest sitting sideliners would be the NDPR's and some old Liberals.

One thing that you cannot avoid. Dick Harris is in Parliment in Ottawa representing the Conservative's because he gets the majority of votes. So all you Liberals, and NDPR's can cry all you want, but at the end of the day voters in this area continue to return Jay Hill, and Dick Harris.
Ha, even harper realizes they aren't worth much to his party.
"at the end of the day voters in this area continue to return Jay Hill, and Dick Harris"

And at the end of the day, it is obvious that people here, vote for the party (actually the right side of the political spectrum since the party the two have represented has changed over time) not the person.

That is not that unusual. Once one or both of them leave, the new person to run for the right of centre party will be a shoe-in, unless a right of centre party is created.

So, who is out there schmoozing for that time right now?
Actually, Jay Hill was and is the Government Leader in the House of Commons. It is a powerful cabinet position of great influence.
And what about Dick?
