UNBC Men Timberwolves  101   Kwantlen  Eagles      79

Both UNBC teams are 9-1. Same teams meet again tonight (Saturday) at the
Northern Sport Centre. Women tip off at 6 followed by the men at 8.

Do people go to theses games? I am curious, how many people actually attend such a boring sport.

Its interesting that the attendance for these games is more than the usual Spruce Kings game and fairly close at the moment to what the Cougars pull in. I am not a huge basketball fan, but there is a good atmosphere there, the tickets are inexpensive ($5 to see both games) and the teams actually win most of their games, something the Kings and Cougars only dream of.

I was there last night and it was awesome. First game ever, but I'll be back. For $5 to. You can't go wrong.
