Spruce Kings Lose To Victoria

The Prince George Spruce Kings ended their Island road trip with a 4-1 loss to the Victoria Grizzlies. Jeff Earnest scored the only goal for the Spruce Kings, who have dropped 16 of their last 18.
P.G. earlier fell 5-0 Saturday in Alberni Valley and 4-2 Friday in Duncan to the Cowichan Valley Capitals.
The Spruce Kings, who host Williams Lake Wednesday, have eight games left and are four points behind Trail for the final playoff spot in the BCHL Interior Conference.
