Wire Taken In Break In

Prince George- Police are looking for a vehicle that is loaded down with six rolls of heavy gauge copper wire,  after thieves used a vehicle to break into a compound in the BC industrial site Sunday night.

Police say the break in took place between 10pm. and midnight.

Anyone with any information is asked to call police.

That stuff is like gold... if its not locked up in a trailer or building it will go missing... usually an inside job, because they are the ones that know what its worth the most and see the opportunity for quick cash. You see it all the time on construction sites, where 'wastage' is siphoned off from the job site. Managing wire security can make or brake a company on any given project.
