The 21-year-old was the first Canadian woman to cross the finish line and the only one to qualify for Tuesday morning's 10-km Pursuit.
Teammate, Zina Kocher, came in 65th, while Rosanna Crawford was 72nd, and Megan Imrie placed 76th. Only the top 60 qualify move on.
The start of the 10-km is staggered, based on today's finishes, meaning Tandy will begin Tuesday morning's race in 46th spot.
