Cougars Look To Split With Winterhawks

The Prince George Cougars will finish off a stretch of 12 games out of 14 at CN Centre tonight when they host the Portland Winterhawks in the back half a weekend double header.  The Winterhawks opened the series with a 5-2 win on Friday night, with a pair of goals from Luke Walker in a three goal third period for Portland.  The Cougars and Winterhawks will see each other again in a couple weeks, when they face-off in Portland on February 28.  Tonight is Hockey In Heels Night at the Cougars game, with a pre-game event at the CN Centre Ice Lounge, sponsored by 94X.  The first 250 ladies who are 19-years of age or older and have a game ticket are welcome to the event, which starts at 5:00.  Hang out with 94X on-air personalities and get hockey lessons from members of the Prince George Women's Rec Hockey League.  Puck drop is 7:00 and tickets are available by calling Ticketmaster at 250-564-5585.
