Spruce Kings Out Of Play-Off Contention

The Prince George Spruce Kings have been eliminated from BCHL play-off contention on the road with tonight's 7-0 routing by the Penticton Vees.

The Vees scored four times on the power-play, as they enjoyed period leads of 2-0 and 5-0.  Penticton out-shot the guests 47-26.

The 16-36-1-and-4 Kings visit Williams Lake on Wednesday before hosting the team again on Friday, and Burnaby on Saturday to close out the season.
