The Vancouver NW Giants outscored the Cariboo Cougars
6-2 in the opening game of the BC Major Midget Hockey
League Championship series.
   Game two will be played Saturday at 6pm in Burnaby,
with a third game, if needed, Sunday at 9:30am.
  The series winner will represent BC in the Pacific Midget
Regionals against the Alberta Midget champion.
