Free Bus Rides As of Midnight

Prince George, B.C.- Beause an air quality advisory is in effect, the Ciy of Prince George will be providing free transit as of midnight tonight, until midnight of the day the advisory is cancelled.

Beginning April 16 all transit buses will switch their digital signs to display stating "Free Fare for Clean Air" and will cover the fare boxes so passengers will not be able to deposit money.

As I drove down foothills a cloud of dust made it difficult to see. Two dirt bikes with huge dust trails were the cause. Later, coming up the Hart, someone from the Fas Gas was cleaning their grass area with a power broom. The cloud of dust went across 2 lanes. Not only that but all the gravel and rocks were being put out into the Highway that had just recently been cleaned.
