Bantam Draft Continues

Prince George, B.C.-The Prince George Cougars chose a Prince George product for their fifth round selection.

For the second time in the fifth round of the 2010 WHL Bantam Draft, the Prince George Cougars have selected a Prince George product,  defenceman Raymond Grewal. He stands 6’1” and weighs 170 pounds, was a teammate of the Cougars sixth pick in the 2010 Bantam Draft, Chase Witala, with the Prince George Farr Fabricating Bantam Cougars. Witala is a forward and stands 5’9” and weighs 135 pounds.

Second pick of the fifth round, the Cougars selected defenceman Shane Kumar, 97th overall. Kumar stands 5’11” and weighs 175 pounds.  Kumar, from Delta, BC, played this past season with the North Delta Bantams.
