Two Young Swimmers At 4 Season's Pool Sexually Assaulted

Prince George, B.C.- A 55 year old man is in custody and has been charged with sexual assault following an incident on the weekend at the Four Season's Pool in Prince George.

Police say they were called to the pool  just before 5 on Saturday afternoon where two young females  advised they had been  touched inappropriately by an older male.

Charged is James Allan Prince of Prince George.  He has appeared before a Justice of the Peace and  released on a number of  conditions,  including:  not having contact with  children under the age of 12, not to attend within  100 metres of any park, playground, school ground, swimming area, community recreation centre, library or any other place where children under the age of 12 can reasonably be expected to be present.

Even more sickening than the incident itself is the fact they let this guy free to walk the streets. Unbelievable.
maybe the streets they released him to will be more just

People need to know who this guy is.
If he has been charged,he should be held in jail,not put back on the streets!
Makes one wonder if there is some sort of connection in the justice system.
How horrifying. Kudos to the young girls who did the right thing and reported it right away! What a terrible thing to go through but they are obviously very smart young women. I hope they are doing OK after such an awful experience.

And I was thinking the same thing MR PG, I hope the streets are more just than the system has been to this guy, usually they are, no one has tolerance for a pedophile, not even the most violent of criminals.
hmmm something like this happens in Quesnel and they ban the individual from their city, PG just charges and releases him!!

I say keep him in lock up until court date and sentencing
