Another ABSOLUTE IDIOT who thought he was okay to drive, and the frustration, anger, of someone who was okay to drive, injured, treated and released. What a way to start Mothers day............... Hope you lose your license and your job, dummy!
Over 200 people PER DAY, are injured in impaired driving crashes in Canada, 4 of those people will die.

I have to wonder, if someone just randomly shot a gun wildly around town, whether it would be ok, as long as they didn't hit anyone?
Alcohol and tobacco should be outlawed as the scourges on society that they are.
If this guy was under the influence like they said...why the heck was he released? Throw him in the clink for a few days to smarten him up.
Thing will never changes as long as the justice system keeps letting them go. There have been drivers who killed innocent people, people that had designated drivers, and they got no jail time what so ever. Keep slapping them on the wrist and they will keep taking the chance. Throw them in jail for murder, since that is what it is. If there are no deaths, then take away their license.......forever! They want to risk others lives then they can ride the bus for the rest of theirs.
