Prince George, B.C. – There will be a special meeting of Council this afternoon to give final reading to the bylaw which will set the tax rate and the tax burden for properties in defferent sectors in the city.
We thought you might like to see just how some residential properties have fared over the past six years when it comes to assessments and municipal taxes.
The City uses the same 10 properties year after year to show how assessments have changed and how the tax rate will impact that property.
Each location has been reviewed for its status in 2004 compared to 2010. In the chart below, A=assessed value, T=Taxes .
