Inner City Boxer and Coach Taking Steps to 2012 Olympics

Prince George, B.C.- Prince George's Inner City Boxer Kenny Lally, has been elevated to the National A Team for the rest of the 2010 season. His first stint will be to travel on June 6th to Puerto Rico for an International Training Camp from June 7th
to June 13th.
On June 14th Lally will travel to Ecuador for the "Elite Continental Championships". The championships in Equador are the first Olympic qualifying event for the 2012 games.
The Elite Continental Championships is the toughest of the Western Hemisphere qualifiers as they include Cuba, USA, Mexico, all the Caribbean countries and South and Central Americas. Lally will compete at the 54 kg weight class.
Inner City Coach Bob Pegues has been named as the Elite National Team Coach to take on the coaching duties at the training camp in Puerto Rico and then to lead the team into the tournament in Ecuador.
