Victim Not Talking

Prince George- A 45 year old man who walked into University Hospital with his throat slashed at 12.15 (Tuesday) this morning isn’t talking.

Police say he is refusing to cooperate with police. The knife wound is not life threatening.

Reminds me of that Citizen deck where "vicim refuses to finger assailant" (victim had hand cut off...)
