Encana Briefing Notes for RCMP Released to Public

RCMP have released  the briefing notes on the Encana  bombings near Dawson Creek.  The release of the notes comes under a Freedom of Information Request.

The request was filed following the search  of the  Hythe Alberta property owned by Weibo Ludwig.  

He had been arrested as a suspect in the string of bombings  in the Toms Lake area, but was later released without charges being laid.
