Metro Kozma  goes through charred remains of  Cluculz Lake cabin
Cluculz Lake, B.C. – The  owner of the cabin on Meir Road East which burned on Thursday night, says he has no plans to rebuild.
Metro Kozma was on the scene on the weekend, sifting through the charred remains.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined. There was no one in the cabin at the time of the fire, although the owner had been there the previous day to do some painting.  Some witnesses to the blaze reported hearing a “boom” before the fire started.
While there was no propane on site, there were a couple of drums of hydraulic oil.

Condolences to Mr.Kozma...but I am curious.
Why would you have a couple of drums of hydraulic oil at a cabin...beside a lake?
what do you use hydraulic fliud for? Obviously he had some machinery out there that he needed it for why ask stupid questions after your condolences.
Sorry to see your loss Metro.
I live next door and the drums that made the noise I believe were empty 45 gallon drums that expanded under heat and popped. I have heard these sounds before as the day warms up and the drums expand. It took me a while to figure out where the noise came from.
