Highway 37 Re-Opens

DEASE LAKE - Highway 37 North near the Yukon border is now re-opened to traffic. The highway had been closed with intermittent openings since July 28 due to a large forest fire.

Motorists are advised to watch for firefighting and highway maintenance crews between 28 Mile Creek (km 675) and Old Faddy Forest Service Road (km 710), where forest fire clean-up operations
are taking place.

Stopping in this area is not allowed.

Minor delays may be expected.
