Why is there an American flag next to a phone number for a Canadian,BC, public hearing ?? Skype numbers also have Canadian flags !!! ??
Could be a USA number.
Here's my input

Stop lying to the people that elected you.

Buy only what we need.
PsssssT ... lower the PST part of the HST to 2% and make the HST 7% ..... You might not be able to get rid of the HST for 5 years, but I believe we can change the provincial component of it.

Pick up the rest of the money from those companies that do not show a lowering of their price structure. In other words, they have a choice, verify that they have dropped their price, or pay the same amount that they have not lowered their price in tax to the province.
Gus--you didn't answer my question. You just shot bullshit thro' the internet.
Like the opinions of the BC voter mean anything to this Liberal government.
Yeah--talk about a futile effort: giving input to any elected government of BC (regardless of stripes)
These people should be in jail for electoral fraud not traveling around the province 'asking' us how they should be spending our tax dollars.
idiots complete idiots !!!
So now these arch morons think that they can play silly bugger with the voters. It's pathetically obvious that they think that by pretending to want our "input" on the next provincial budget that they actually give a crap about the people of this province. Nice try! Idiots!

I say we give them some "input" and picket the dog and pony show with Get Rid of the HST placards.
They got our input and have shown us what they intend to do with it. Why do you think we get just a little jaded when they ask us for our input? Silly isn't the word. They are going through the motions of what they should do, but what's the point? They still do what they want anyway?

Oh, well, you were given an opportunity to provide input. So, what else are we to do? We got voted in to make the big decisions, not you.
