Cougars Acquire 18 Year Old

Prince George, BC – Prince George Cougars General Manager Dallas Thompson announced Monday the Cougars have acquired 18-year old forward Charles Inglis from the Saskatoon Blades, in exchange for the Cougars second round pick in the 2011 WHL Bantam Draft.Inglis played 137 regular season games for the Blades, collecting 30 goals and 26 assists for 56 points.  Inglis has also compiled 158 penalty minutes.  The 6’0”, 183 pound product of Winnipeg, MB, was selected fourth overall by the Blades in the 2007 WHL Bantam Draft and will be attending Phoenix Coyotes training camp later this week.  Inglis was a member of Team West at the 2009 World Under-17 challenge in Port Alberni, BC.“Charles is a talented player and we look forward to having Charles in our line-up,” said Thompson.  “He plays with grit and adds scoring depth for our forwards.”
