Prince George, B.C.- City Council in Prince George will meet this evening for it’s regular session and will hear an application from the Riverstone Bar and Grill to increase its occupancy load by 30 seats.
Right now, the Riverstone is licensed for 98 seats inside, and 32 on the patio. The owners would like to increase the numbers to 125 inside and 35 on the patio.
Also on the agenda for this evening, the final Heritage Context report will be received. The report presents a list of numerous potential historic places which can now be prioritized to create a short list of historic places which should be considered candidates for formal
Council will also look at a recommendation that would allow the placing of small Canadian flags on the graves of veterans in the Prince George Cemetery. Currently no such grave adornment is allowed.
