Man Arrested In Connection With Four Robberies

Prince George- Police have arrested a 23 year old Prince George man in connection with four armed robberies in the city during a one day crime spree.
 
The man was picked up Wednesday night following a robbery at the 5th Ave Liquor store at 10.15pm.
 
Police were in the area and quickly arrested the man after they were notified of the robbery.
 
A man had entered the liquor store and threatened a clerk,  making off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
 
He was arrested after a white pickup used in the robbery was found driving in an alley a few blocks away.
 
The suspect had left the vehicle as was seen taking off his hoody to try and change his appearance.
 
Police say he has no previous criminal record, but admits to being addicted to crack cocaine.

He was probably trying to get caught so that he can get help for his addiction.
Not sure that armed robbery is the way to do it though,
