Prince George, BC – The Prince George Cougars, in conjunction with the YMCA, have announced that former WHL star and Vancouver Canucks Captain Trevor Linden will be available during the Cougars 2^nd intermission on Oct 1^st for a meet and greet with our fans.  The City of Prince George will award a “Trevor Linden Day” proclamation on ice to Trevor during the second intermission.  To accommodate this, the Cougars game on Oct 1^st will begin at 7:30pm.  

“Trevor will be in Prince George to celebrate the Y Champions Hockey Weekend and it’s a pleasure for us to team up with the YMCA and make it possible for him to make a guest appearance at our game that night.” says Cougars Vice President Brandi Brodsky.  “We would like to especially thank the Y Champions Hockey Weekend presenting sponsor Wood Wheaton Supercentre for making it possible”
