Anyone running who isn't a corporate mouthpiece?
"recently joined the Conservative party".
Wow...that's dedication for you!
Or is it "opportunism"?
The fact that she only recently joined the Conservative Party could be a positive for the general public since it means that she isn't a party hack and might be more attuned to the needs of her constituents and less to those of the party. (I don't know much about her and have no torch to carry here - it just seems to me that she's been involved in relevant activities and issues enough that in the larger sense she isn't an opportunist.)
She has selected the wrong party.
She is a social worker with a volunteer bent towards search and rescue and community security.
I was under the impression that is an NDP philosophy.

It's nice to see the conservatives gaining members of that ilk.
Is she a social worker? It does not say that.

It says: "Social Work (NLC/UNBC)" God only knows what that means. Likely means that she is a full or part time student at both Northern Lights College and UNBC, or was that in the past. Does not look like she has graduated from a certificate, diploma or degree program yet, otherwise I am sure she would put that down.

Can't tell whether she is working in a paid position. Half or more of her CV lists courses she has taken. Experience is lacking big time.

But hey, lets consider teaching her on our dime.
Andy, Loki and Gus, the three of you should
run, I think that if you put all your thoughts together, they're full of common sense and good judgment.
You just made my day and restored my faith in the human race.
Sure, will you vote for us?
I would gladly have those two on my campaign team.
AndyFreeze.....you don't have to belong to a party to have their beliefs. Some people don't like to be pigeon holed as some did above suggesting that only NDP can carry a certain philosophy!!

Is gus saying that only people with fancy degrees sould be running?
can anybody tell me what CV means?
Constant Velocity.
CV = curriculum vitae. Fancy name for resume.
As in "look what I have done"!
Her experience is lacking at what? Being a smarmy politician? That would be a good thing. There were federal ministers that did a lot and they weren't professional anythings! Let's get away from the attitude that you have to be a lawyer, fancy banker, rich guy to be able to do anything. We have had enough of those self serving, let's help out the big company jerks!

Has Meisner interviewed any of the candidates yet and where can I find these interviews?
