Prince George, B.C.- An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow on the female remains discovered near L.C. Gunn Park on Friday night.

 

 “ I can confirm that investigators completed their examination of the human remains at the scene late Saturday, at which time the deceased was removed and transported to the Kamloops Royal Inlands Hospital for post mortem examination. We are maintaining the scene. The autopsy is scheduled to be conducted Wednesday morning October 13th at Kamloops” stated Cpl Dan Moskaluk.

 

Corporal Moskaluk says Police are following up tips that have been received since the remains were discovered “We have been receiving tips from the public that are being actively followed up on by investigators. We are hopeful, as well, that if someone has not come forward yet, but may have information about this incident, that they will do the right thing by contacting us directly or anonymously.”
