BCTA President, Paul Landry, at official opening of Red Rock Inspection Station
Prince George, B.C. - The B.C. Trucking Association is the voice for the province's transportation industry and, since its inception, President Paul Landry has been that voice.
Landry says he plans to retire from the top post "no later than June 30, most likely in April or May, we're (the BCTA board) in the process of looking for a new CEO."
Landry was commended for his tireless commitment to improving the state of the industry by Transportation Minister, Shirley Bond, during the official opening of the new Red Rock Inspection Station this past weekend.
Landry will retire as president after 17-year years, but adds, "I'm not leaving work, I'm going to be doing some other things, but, perhaps, not on a full-time basis."
