House of 1,000 Souls 2 wraps up this evening in the old Saan store
Prince George, B.C. - If you're looking for a way to help your pirates and princesses pass the day until it's actually time to pick up the pillowcase and head out door-to-door, there are some spooky, sporty, and fun Hallowe'en events going on in the city...
Today marks the final day for the 'House of 1,000 Souls 2' haunted house in the old Saan store in the Hart. The venue opens its doors at 12-noon and will run until 9pm this evening. The $5.00 charge goes in part to support the local chapter of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles.
Pine Centre Mall is promising a fun-filled family event from 12p until 3pm this afternoon...complete with a pie-eating contests. Residents are also invited to bring their jack o' lanterns down to have them judged. And everyone is invited to dress up.
Participants in the Family YMCA's public skating session this afternoon are also being encouraged to wear their costumes.
The Hallowe'en skate runs from 12pm until 2pm at the Coliseum. There will be a pumpkin decorating craft and the family rate is $15.00.
Then, the Prince George Spruce Kings take to the ice at 3pm to face the Merritt Centennials. Take in the game, have a quick bite to eat afterwards. And voila! The witching hour will be upon you...
