Inglis Named to Team WHL

Prince George, BC – Prince George Cougars forward Charles Inglis has been named to Team WHL in the 2010 CHL SUBWAY® Super Series. Inglis will play in the sixth and final game of the CHL SUBWAY® Super Series on November 18 at the CN Centre in Prince George.

Inglis, a 6’0”, 183 pound forward from Winnipeg, Manitoba, has collected eight goals and nine assists for 17 points in 17 games this season for the Cougars. Inglis, the fourth overall pick by the Saskatoon Blades in the 2007 WHL Bantam Draft, was acquired by the Cougars on September 6. Inglis was named an Assistant Captain for the Cougars on September 24.

“This is a great honour for me to play in this game, especially here in Prince George,” said Inglis. “I’m looking forward to playing with the best players in the Western Hockey League and against some of the best from Russia.”

Inglis becomes the second Cougars player to play in the CHL SUBWAY® Super Series game in Prince George, joining Cougars Captain Brett Connolly.
