Police Still Seek Answers

Prince George- RCMP and family members of Helen Claire Frost are still seeking answers as to the whereabouts of their beloved Sister and Daughter who went missing over 40 years ago.
On October 13th, 1970 at around midnight, Helen Claire Frost left her apartment located in the 1600 Block of Queensway Street and told her sister she was going for a walk. Helen did not return home and was sadly never seen or heard from again.
RCMP conducted an extensive search but were unable to locate any evidence or information that could lead to Helen's whereabouts. Though Helen had faced a number of emotional challenges in her life at that time, RCMP continued to look at all possible avenues into her disappearance.
Helen Claire Frost was 17 yrs old at the time of her disappearance. She was described as being 5'5, Slim build, had blue eyes, short blonde hair and a fair complexion. She was last seen wearing a 3/4 length blue coat and blue pants.
Prince George RCMP are asking anyone who may have information in relation to the disappearance of Helen Claire Frost, to contact the Prince George Serious Crime Unit or call CRIME STOPPERS at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
