UNBC Faculty Association and University Reach Tentative Deal

Prince George, B.C. - The University of Northern B.C. has reached a tentative two-year agreement with the UNBC Faculty Association.
The tentative agreement covers about 459 employees represented by UNBC's Faculty Association (UNBC-FA). UNBC-FA members include faculty members, professional librarians, and senior laboratory instructors. UNBC-FA
members will vote on the agreement before the end of the year.
"I'm very pleased an agreement was reached," says UNBC president George Iwama. "I want to thank the faculty, staff, and managers who worked diligently to achieve this outcome."
Details of the tentative agreement have not been released.
