Wainwright Street Fire Caused $30 G's Damage

Firefighters work the fire from the roof of the home in the 400 block of Wainwright Steet.

Prince George, B.C.- A fire in a Wainwright Street home this morning caused about $30 thousand dollars damage.

Sixteen firefighters from three halls responded to the call just before ten this morning. There was no one in the home at the time.

Fire fighters were on scene for approximately two hours and fourty five minutes checking for fire extension. Fire was contained to the bathroom and the attic.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
