Prince George, B.C. - RCMP in Prince George are just now releasing details of a bust  last week of  a suspected "dial-a-dope" operation in Prince George.

On December 3rd, 2010 at approximately 4 pm, members of the Prince George RCMP Downtown Enforcement Unit stopped a suspicious vehicle in the VLA area of Prince George.

Police subsequently seized crack cocaine and cash from the 30 year old male driver of the vehicle.  Police believe this male was involved in drug delivery business also known as a "dial-a-dope" operation, where customers contact the dealer by telephone and the drugs are delivered to them.

According to police, this  30 year old male was arrested and convicted under similar circumstances back in 2007 and is now facing new charges for trafficking in a controlled substance.

30 years old and a repeat offender... sorry bleeding hearts, this waste of skin will never be a valuable part of society - throw away the key.
F*ck the key, shoot him and save a pile of tax dollars!
For a second I thought this was going to be a cartoon showing Gordon Campbell standing in a phone booth.
Forgot his cape!
Make the shit legal and collect tax money from it. There will always be dopers/drunks /whatever. We spend valuable tax money busting them and it will keep on go- on FOREVER. Almost 60 now- and it’s been going on for as long as I can remember. The law has not come ahead at all except to create employment for the cops and the clothing makers in business making uniforms for them. Collect the taxes and open up ‘’jitter joints ‘’ rehab them.$$$$$ Now there’s money to be made

Road king, you answered your own question.
"The law has not come ahead at all except to create employment for the cops and the clothing makers in business making uniforms for them."

It is called job security and creating an industry that did not exist before.

For the most part, our RCMP do try their best, but they are not the cops they were in their hay day. Now they vary from very committed to just collecting a paycheck while being allowed to bully the common folk a la G20.

Add in the fact that laws need to be proposed, debated and passed for the RCMP to enforce those laws, our law makers have little interest in settling the matter.

Pot alone is worth 6 to 9 billion per year in BC alone. I cannot fathom the FBN for all the other recreational drugs. It must be at least ten times that. Extrapolate that to a global level, and we have some serious cash moving into the hands of the elite.

What, you thought a major global industry was a mom and pop? It takes a lot of organization and international cooperation to move any quantity of illicit materials between nations. To move the amounts being declared by law enforcement could not happen without some government action on at least one end of the trip. Come on man, a container ship full and there is no government involvement somewhere? It may not be any one in the Canadian government, but you can be sure it is one of the source governments or its agents involved.

The rumour is that the CIA is the world's largest distributor. It all started in Veitnam to support their black ops.
So, wait...

According to roadking and Loki, we should now legalize Crack Cocaine too? Well, to hell with that. Let's just legalize murder, rape, child sex, and assault. You know what? To hell with that! Let's just get rid of ALL LAWS and have a damn good time. After all, it's all just job security for police... (And for roadking and Loki: yes, that was sarcasm)

C'mon guys, really? We are now to the point where we are talking about legalizing Cocaine? Grow half a brain, and figure it out. Marijuana? Sure, whatever, have the debate, but let's not start talking about "job security" while busting people for Cocaine.
"Add in the fact that laws need to be proposed, debated and passed for the RCMP to enforce those laws, our law makers have little interest in settling the matter"

Our law makers are for the most part "lawyers". Why would they change any laws that would take money from their colleagues pockets?

Our law makers have the ability to solve most of the problems our justice system has. Such as when a killer gets life, it should be "LIFE".
If the laws were changed to benefit the victims and not the criminals, the lawyers/politicians would go broke.

Oh now you tell me…. that’s why his phone number is out of service and my last order never showed up…..
"trafficking in a controlled substance."

Does not sound like it is controlled all that well.
Dial-a-dope certainly does not sound like what it is.

Hard to tell which end of the phone call has the dope. Will the real dope please stand up.
Loki, I don't understand. Are you saying the Hells Angels are Elite? Or do you believe the money is going somewhere else?
The CIA distributes dope?
You think the governments behind dope smuggling?
Okay............
Dragon and Cmdrjoe, HELP!
Ha ha ha Loki, your posts just keep getting better and better... You kill me! At least you're entertaining.
The CIA distributes dope?

Here is wikipedia on that .... not an authority by any means, but provides some info you might like to refute ...

Have fun ... :-)

Gus, I think Loki just stood up.
The law –simple hang/drug-to-death/shoot/run over/whatever-them M.F. ing rapist, murders, perv’s. etc and save even more money. The more we keep locked up, the more people we need to employ to look after them. Forget those bleeding hearts/gotta make the world feel good and go back to what the good book say –you know an eye for an eye and all that. If we keep this going we will eventually have over half the population criminal in another 60 years. Alas I will not be around.
As they say. "where there is smoke, there is fire".

Do I trust the CIA and their operations then and now? No way Jose!!

War is dirty. Covert operations are part of the many wars that were fought, are being fought and will be fought. When push comes to shove, there are no rules of engagement despite the UN agreements. Guantanamo reminded us of that.

Might is right. Anyone who believes otherwise is very naive.

Check yer kids wallets for his phone number!!
Gus, yer bending my mind! CIA, dope dealers?
No way that could happen, they are the squeakiest, cleanest game in Washington, never would they stoop to such a low level!
That would make them party to an offence.
Good Lord, don't you realize what yer say'in.
They gonna come knock on yer door in the dead of night, and they're gonna ask you for an apology, slandering them like that!
Step lightly my friend, they offend easily.
You know, ego, ego, ego.
They've done worse, but I guess this world spawns warring nations to be dirtier than the other guys.
I say legalize every drug known to man and then start educating kids in school as to the results of taking drugs. Make them vist the homeless addicts on field trips so they will understand what will happen to them if they get into drugs. Tell them they can choose a good life or the ugly life they're looking at. People should be able to buy any drug and be a doper if they want but first they should be educated. If they become addicts then--we aren't liable for them. I know that's way out for most of you but the result wouldn't be a hell of a lot different than it is now except we would elliminate the drug dealers. There is an "up side".
@cmdrjoe: You know the arguments you're using are the exact same arguments that were used when the US brought forth the idea of repealing prohibition, right?
Are the streets full of drunks now? Is there more or less crime as a result of legalizing alcohol? Remember Al Capone?
The only people who lose when drugs are legalized are the organized crime syndicates that distribute them. Legalize and tax them all and you remove one of the biggest revenue sources for crime on the streets.
You think this (admittedly dumb) drug delivery boy should die? For what? Are you even remotely familiar with the concept of justice? You don't like what he did so he should die? Are you psychotic? Please tell me you're taking your meds.
I can see most ain't got a clue!!do you no jus how many ppl die each year from asprin,MAN MADE-2,500 in north amer.
Pharmacuticals kill about 50,000 or more .
and still to this day there is not a single person that has died from smoking/injesting Cannabis!!Tobbaco and booze 1.5 million....die each year.
Cannabis= food-fuel -fiber,no pestesides,jus good old mother nature.soil,sun and rain.my nickel,puff-puff-pass...
cmdrjoe: I never said anything about legalizing anything in that post. Read for content. I simply implied that when one considers the sheer volume of this product being trafficked internationally, that it takes more than private enterprise (legal or not) to move out of and into foreign borders.

Slim: What we see as the HA is not the top. What we see are the street level soldiers. We are talking about hundreds of billions of dollars. Do you really think some dumba$$ street thug can arrange a multi-million dollar international shipment of a globally illegal substance? That takes organization and backing dollars to grease the path.
Research the Vietnam war and the CIA involvement. Then tell me how squeaky clean they are. Dangle a enough Benjamins in front of anyone and see how squeaky they remain. Let them loose with minimal oversight in a chaotic environment where they are in charge of millions of unreported dollars, and of course everything is kosher? Give your head a shake, boy.

Corruption is not limited to the third world.
i heard you got a 2litre of pepsi too!
In 2001, Canada had about 32,000 people in prison or about 0.13% of the total population.

Although aboriginal persons make up 3.6% of Canada's population, they account for more than 20% of Canada's prison population.
