Prince George, B.C.- The stage has been pretty well set for the  Annual BC Natural  Resource forum that  will take Place in  Prince George on the 12th and 13th of January.

This will be the  8th time Minister of Forests, Mines and Lands, Pat Bell, has put on this two day  show.

The theme for the  event  at the Civic Centre is “New Partnerships-New Markets”.  The guest speakers reflect that theme, as they include the Consul General of Japan,  the Consul General of Korea, and representatives from the  Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters.

There will be special panel discussions which will examine  not only trading partnerships with Asia, but the growing number of partnerships with First Nations which are  producing positive results.  There will be an  opportunity  to learn more about the “Cape Fund” ( Capital for Aboriginal Prosperity and Entrepreneurship) and hear about the  “Top Prospects” in mining projects in B.C.

Some details have yet to be  finalized.
