Prince George, B.C. - She's listed as one of the top 10 most trusted Canadians in a poll by Reader's Digest, Canada's Auditor General, Sheila Fraser, will be in the city on Monday...
In what will be her last visit to British Columbia before she retires later this spring, the Prince George Chamber of Commerce has announced that Fraser will be the inaugural speaker of a new Leadership Series of breakfast meetings.
Chamber CEO, Jennifer Brandle-McCall says, "We are delighted that Ms. Fraser agreed to kick off the Prince George Chamber's inaugural Leadership Series even on Valentine's Day; we find it quite fitting as so many Canadians show both fondness and trust towards this great woman."
Fraser has served as Auditor General of the country for the past 10-years. She focused her Office's efforts on ensuring parliamentarians have the objective and reliable information they need to scrutinize government activities and hold it accountable for its stewardship of public funds.
The Leadership Series breakfast is set for 7:30am until 9am at the Ramada on Monday. The public may register for the Chamber event until tomorrow, February 11 at 4:30pm through its website at www.pgchamber.bc.ca or by phone: 250.562-2454.

Too bad even more so that Ms. Fraser doesn't insist that the government have, and maintain, a national Capital Account, same as any business would have as an integral part of its Balance Sheet.
