Saturday, April 2,  Terry O'Reilly, the host of CBC Radio's "The Age of Persuasion" will be the speaker at the event  which supports the Northern Medical Programs Trust. 
 

O'Reilly's presentation is entitled Persuading the Heart.

 

"If you want to truly connect with patients or customers, you must make them feel your message, not just understand it," says O'Reilly.  "Most decisions are made 80% with the heart, and only 20% with the head."

 

The event is set to take place at the Civic Centre .
