West Fraser Sells Skeena Sawmill

Terrace, B.C.- West Fraser has announced it is selling its Skeena Sawmills Division to ROC Holdings Ltd.

The Skeena Sawmills Division includes the Terrace sawmill and related Crown timber tenures. The Terrace sawmill has a single shift capacity of 90 million board feet per year. The sale, which is subject to the satisfaction of normal closing conditions, is expected to be completed in 2011.
