Prince George, B.C. - One lucky ticket holder will be the proud owner of a brand new home by just after 8pm this evening.

Tonight is the grand prize draw for the 2011 Prince George Spruce Kings' Show Home at 2620 Links Drive in Aberdeen Glen, which is valued at $392,500. 

Spruce Kings Marketing Manager, Jim Young, says, "We've sold over 83-hundred tickets at this point, so it's been a record-breaking year for the Kings and just phenomenal support with the community backing us again."
