It's still  more than a year before the 2007 Royal Bank Cup will be held here in Prince George, but tickets  will be available to the general public as of tomorrow.

The special packages have already been offered to Spruce Kings season ticket holders and  people who made a "bid deposit" and those sales have gone well, says Co-Chair of the Host Committee Dan Rogers.  "We are  pleased with where we are on ticket sales, and on target" says Rogers.

Hockey fans may be disappointed if they wait too long to  secure a seat to the games.  "Not all the seats in the  arena will be up for grabs" says Rogers,  as he notes one end of  CN Centre will be set up for a kids fun zone, the other will be set up for an Ice Lounge for adults.  A further 1,000 seats will be set aside for Hockey Canada and national sponsors.    In all ,says Rogers,  fewer than 4500 seats are available  for the May 5th - 13th event.

There are still some VIP packages available at a cost of $385.00  that package reserves seats at all thirteen games and has some  nice bonuses and perks.  The Advance Tournament package is $160.00 which is a savings of $55.00 over game by game purchases and offers reserved seating.

Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster.
