The election expenses for Councilors and the Mayoralty race  have been filed, and to  no one's surprise the race for the top chair commanded top dollar in campaign expenses.

Colin Kinsley garnered 8650 votes, and spent $59,259.98 on his campaign.  That boils down to $6.85 per vote.
Dan Rogers  picked up 8008 votes, and spent $38,758.75 on his campaign.  That works out  to $4.84 per vote.

It also means that for every $1.00 Dan Rogers spent,  Colin spent $1.53
