Some City equipment, all cleaned up and on display in the area in front of the Civic Centre.
Hundreds of school kids were shepherded through "InfoAccess ’06" the City of Prince George Operations Trade show today.
Highlighted were a variety of programs and equipment, all aimed at informing the public about what is available through the City of Prince George.
Held at the Civic Centre, the event showcased operations, employees, workplace innovations and quality improvements.
Visitors to the event saw static and interactive displays, operational demonstrations, and had opportunities to meet the people that work at the City, Initiatives Prince George and the Library.
A Kid’s Zone provided interactive activities for students with displays from Leisure Services, the SPCA, the Animal Control Division, Environmental Services Division, and Utilities- Water Conservation Division.
