Call for Truckers to Show and Shine Their Rigs

Forest Expo is just  around the corner and The BC Forest Safety Council has put out a call for those in the industry to show their stuff,  including their rigs! 

Calling it a "Truckers and Toys Show and Shine",  drivers are invited to  bring along their truck or a special project to Forest Expo  in Prince George on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd to  "show 'er off"

There will be prizes  for  the following categories:

Working logging trucks,

Miscellaneous work trucks

Hobby cars / trucks

Recreational (bikes/ boats/sleds)

Manager of Forestry Truck Safe, Mary Anne Arcand, says its time to show off the rigs in which  those in the industry have invested so much time  and money .  "They have a lot of money, time and pride in these rigs" says Arcand "It is a chance for them to show off and to get some recognition for the effort they put in."

How about a 1973 International 2500 single axel 234 gas pot dump truck? Runs great but unlicenced. Wouldn't pass a 2006 road inspection.
