Over the past month Prince George RCMP Task Force officers conducted three separate undercover operations aimed at the sex trade in Prince George, and they netted results.
Targeting “Johns”, the investigations resulted in 17 men being charged with communication for the purpose of prostitution.  All 17 will appear in court at a later date.
Police are also saying when they compare notes with previous sting operations, they are noticing a significant decline in the numbers of men arrested per night, as well as a visible decline in the number of men cruising the neighbourhoods frequented by the sex trade workers.

Notice that there are no **Number of convicted** Or what the penaltys were. ????
If they could find a way to collect the taxes it would be legal everywhere.
prostitution is not illegal in Canada. What is illegal is soliciting in a public place. Soliciting is not illegal either. The public place part is the important aspect. Running a common bawdy house is also illegal.

Thus the invention of escort services.
