The ribbon is held while Education Minister/Deputy Premier Shirley Bond, Prince George Mayor Colin Kinsley, Health Fair Organizer Baljit Sethi, and Attorney General/Minister of Multiculturalism Wally Oppal, officially cut the ribbon marking the start of the special health fair at the College of New Caledonia in Prince George.
