Remains Discovered, Police Seal Off Area

Prince George RCMP have sealed off the front lawn at a residence on Loyola Drive tonight after the residents discovered remains as they began excavation for renovations to their College Heights home.

The Police Serious Crime Unit has been called out to the scene and at this time it is not known whether the remains are human or that of an animal.

The investigation began about 8.00 p.m. tonight and police say they will continue to have the area sealed off until such time as a positive identification can be made.
