Anxious Moments for Mother

The mother of a 15 month old girl had some anxious moments earlier today when her child was taken from a Quebec Street address just before 2:00.
About an hour and a half later, the child, and the abductor, were located in the downtown core by police. The child was unharmed.
The little girl was returned to her mother. The abductor was taken into police custody under the Mental Health Act. Charges will not be laid against the 23 year old female.
