Student Wins National Award

CNC Hospitality student, Amanda Lindstrom is off to Toronto tomorrow, to receive a national award.

Lindstrom will receive  a $2,500 scholarship from Fairmont Hotels and Resorts and will give a presentation on hbehalf of all the scholarship recipients.\She won the award based on her academic record, work experience and extracurricular activities.

She will receive the award at the Canadian Hospitalit Foundation's  annual black-tie awards banquet and gala dinner Saturday night.

Amanda is  thrilled "After all these years, I’m starting to feel the hard work I have done is starting to pay off!"
