Bobby Hineman’s power play goal early in the third period snapped a 2-2 tie and lifted the Spruce Kings past the visiting Langley Chiefs 3-2 at the Prince George Coliseum.
The Kings led 2-1 after twenty minutes on goals by Greg Tyshynski and Jeff Forsythe. Langley pulled even in the second before Hineman’s third period point shot proved to be the winner.
Prince George outshot Langley 27-25, Paul Dainton claiming the victory in the Kings net.
