Is that it? No story worth reciting? How uninteresting, then.
Much like your cryptic posts, eh?

Maybe the 'Highway of Tears' initiative can weave a feel-good story out of it.

Or, maybe the 15 year old kid's parents could keep a glazz on their gloopy nadsat devotchka.
Glad she is safe...
All this can be avoided if, everyone who goes somewhere tells someeone when they will be back and where they are going.
Get a safety buddy.....
cost nothing and saves a lot of heartache. Just because someone knows doesn't mean you can not be independent and have a private life.
Even kids who want a time out can tell a friend and if this arises again the friend need only come forward and say that their friend is having a time out but is ok....and if worse gome to worse...they can tell the polcie where their frind can be located or tell the friend to contact someone....
Sorry about the spelling....
The story isn't clear, was she a run away??
My problem is the time and effort to look out or find someone who isn't truly missing. Your mad at your parents, fine, but call. That way when a poor child is missing ALL our efforts can and should go to finding them.
Why call your parents if you are mad at them?!? That doesn't hurt anyone and that ruines the effect you want. Candace isn't a poor child, she is pretty much an adult and ready to explore her possibilities.

I think this is racially prejudicial reporting. What does the race have to do with reports of a missing/found individual in this case? Would it be reported if the child was white? Asian?

This story on opinion 250 was about missing teens and did not identify race? Why the different treatment?

If everyone was on the lookout for a missing teen, wouldn't you think that this additional information would be helpful? I certainly do. Chester
